We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 5 days of receiving the item. We will assess the issue and, if applicable, provide a refund or replacement. You may request to cancel an order before it is processed or shipped. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with all tags and accessories. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it within 3 business days. If the item meets the above conditions, we will process the exchange and dispatch the replacement item within 7 business days. The exchanged item will typically be delivered within 5-7 business days after dispatch. If the returned item does not meet the return criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return or exchange. In such cases, we may return the item to the sender at their expense. 

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team via mail within the eligible timeframe and provide the following information:

·      Our support team will review your request and may request additional information or evidence, such as photographs of the damaged or defective item.

If your request is approved, we will process the refund within 10 days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase within 3 to 5 working days.

In cases where we request a return of the damaged or defective product, MIND HEAL & CO. will cover the return shipping costs. However, if you return a product without our authorization, you may be responsible for the return shipping expenses.
