We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 5 days of receiving the item. We will assess the issue and, if applicable, provide a refund or replacement. You may request to cancel an order before it is processed or shipped. If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

If your request is approved, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that the following items are non-refundable: Digital downloads, including e-books other downloadable content, are non-refundable once the download link has been provided.

In cases where we request a return of the damaged or defective product, MIND HEAL & CO. will cover the return shipping costs. However, if you return a product without our authorization, you may be responsible for the return shipping expenses.
